Say hello to Howard Byrne, the operator of the Grocery Outlet located in Federal Way, Washington. In 2005, after working for Albertsons for 15 years, Howard knew it was time for a change. He learned of Grocery Outlet from his best friend’s brother-in-law who owned a Grocery Outlet. Howard left Albertsons and began training to be an operator. In 2007, he took over the store here in Federal Way. So far, he has loved serving the community and hopes to do so for many more years...
